i try to be a good vet student and stay at school from 8a-6:30p studying through lunch and after lab. (rob reed are you proud?) the first minute i'm home napa jumps up on me and puts a couple nice-sized holes in my 100% cashmere sweater that my dad got me for xmas. but what can you do? maybe deduct $1,000,000 from any money i will ever owe jonathan. that seems fair for my pain and suffering living w/ him and his dogs and the cost of my sweater.
anyway i did get in a good amount of useful studying today. of course i have lots more to do by friday.
i have to go running ASAP! i didn't go yesterday cause my legs were sore but now they're really achy and i'm stressed. just a couple loops for 40 min. or so. there's a 5K here this sunday, saturday too i think, that i want to do. hopefully i get up in time sunday morning. jonathan's birthday is monday so his sister is coming this weekend so i'll probably go out w/ them but i can't have too much fun saturday night or i can't WIN the race on sunday.
i found out i got 98/128 points on dr. ross' part of the test. average was 99. i'm still waiting for dr. wangemann's results.
i will go now and do dishes so jonathan can't ask again if i'm afraid of them. then running!

I love giraffes! I wish I had a pet giraffe and I would name it Mr. Giraffe. One time I had a pet elephant and his name was Loyal. I sent him a letter in The Jungle when I was in undergrad but I don't think it made it there. Loyal was cool! There's nothing better than playing with doggie and kittie poop in Parasitology, except maybe looking at all the dead stuff in necropsy. |
