i got some test results today. first off my physiology test from a while back. total i got 172/218 which is a 79% and it brings my overall average down but i still have a B.
gross anatomy lecture and lab i got back today. i got a 72% on lecture and 70% on lab which is pretty bad but not failing. my overall grade now falls to a C but it's 78% and i just need an 80% for a B so that's my goal for the semester.
last night we finally went to the grocery after many weeks and spent $175. i had $100 in gift certificates from randy for my birthday so those were used up. i couldn't believe how much we spent but i just added up my stuff and joint stuff and it's just over $100.
today i ate pretty healthy but now i'm starving. for breakfast i had a packet of oatmeal, blueberry bagel w/ brummel & brown, half a cup of OJ and some tea. for lunch, a small salad of romaine and baby greens, red pepper, cucumber, carrots and a baked sweet potato w/ brummel & brown and a glass of chocolate soy milk and half a glass of water. then when i came home i had a snack of diet pepsi and cheesy puffs cause i was starving and i'm still starving.
after lab today i stayed for about an hour and went over lymphatic tissue slides and then home to run. i asked jonathan if he wanted to go running and he said yes but he had to go back to school until about 9p and wanted to wait until then. if he gets back and doesn't want to go anymore, which is likely to happen, he's in trouble. so now i'm going to study and go running when he gets home, with or without him.

I love giraffes! I wish I had a pet giraffe and I would name it Mr. Giraffe. One time I had a pet elephant and his name was Loyal. I sent him a letter in The Jungle when I was in undergrad but I don't think it made it there. Loyal was cool! There's nothing better than playing with doggie and kittie poop in Parasitology, except maybe looking at all the dead stuff in necropsy. |
