jenn wants these shoes and since looking at them i do too. i also want size 9. and since i'm on it what else do i want? well a winter jacket but my mom is on that case. i want a bike trainer. the magnetic ones aren't so loud and pretty cheap:$99-$130. i also want running tights, preferably not black cause i usually end up wearing all black and then no one can see me. and some running sneaks for my marathon training. maybe some whore tops to wear when i go to the bars. have to compete w/ all those undergrad chics.

tuesday night i did go to the rec for the first time. i did a tempo run at 7.5mph, 8 min/mile for 6 miles: 48 min. it was pretty tough! i've never run that fast for that long. after 10 min. i wanted to quit but i kept pushing myself and knew mariana would be disappointed. i took last night off but tonite i think i'll do an easy 50 min. they have a rock climbing wall at the rec that you can set at a certain speed and continuously climb. i think when randy comes i'll take him there and make him climb w/ me.

i really need to study for physiology tomorrow. my lab partners agreed to leave lab early this afternoon so we could go home and study. now it's 5:11p and i haven't studied at all.

i got a package in the mail today from my mom. thanks mom!! it was some holiday cookie flavored peeps, never had those before. some scooby snacks (fruity ones), elephant tissues (goes good w/ my elephant vet school logo), some pedicure stuff and homeade bread: yummy!!!

just a quick post on my lunch break. right now on HBO is the best documentary i've ever seen: "jouneys with george." you gotta love george w. if you haven't seen this, you must ASAP. our president is hilarious!!! i can't even believe he allows this on TV. why didn't i vote for this idiot? he's rich, skinny, has a fast marathon time, a sense of humor. what more could you ask for? oh yeah, maybe a BRAIN! keep up the good work GW :0)

	Hi, my name is Heather. I'm a 2nd year vet student. Email me. I love giraffes! I wish I had a pet giraffe and I would name it Mr. Giraffe. One time I had a pet elephant and his name was Loyal. I sent him a letter in The Jungle when I was in undergrad but I don't think it made it there. Loyal was cool! There's nothing better than playing with doggie and kittie poop in Parasitology, except maybe looking at all the dead stuff in necropsy.
