so i'm leaving starbucks finally. been here over 4 hours. just a great place to set up all my stuff: ibook, ipod, itunes and get things done. going back to mom's to pack everything back up and get ready to move to cornell tomorrow. i'll have internet access in my room so it'll be easy to update my website and i have plans to go over everything w/ robreed so i can update all parts of this site.

hey guys, my weblog's a little bit more famous. i went to eat w/ my dad, brother, and his fiance hallie at mother's in liverpool, ny on thursday and when i walked in, deb and pattie, the waitresses, were telling me i was famous and in the newspaper. i had no clue what they were talking about but it turns out the syracuse newspaper, the post standard, has this section where they print stuff they find online. so they printed part of one of my posts and said where they found it. it just sucks cause this was the snippit: 'i'm on to syracuse thursday by way of rochester and then probably heading to boston on friday to take a vacation and see my puppy billy and my best friends rob reed and jenn and randy and michelle and mark and nathan and the lab and team envision and even rich, who has one of my spiderman action figures that i want back since we are no longer.' nice thing to have put in print after all i've written here. oh well. life could be worse.

so now i'm at starbucks so i can use my computer on their wireless network and also listen to my ipod and drink nonfat chai. i have lots of reading to do for my research so i have to do some of that too. i'll be here for awhile if ya wanna IM me.

	Hi, my name is Heather. I'm a 2nd year vet student. Email me. I love giraffes! I wish I had a pet giraffe and I would name it Mr. Giraffe. One time I had a pet elephant and his name was Loyal. I sent him a letter in The Jungle when I was in undergrad but I don't think it made it there. Loyal was cool! There's nothing better than playing with doggie and kittie poop in Parasitology, except maybe looking at all the dead stuff in necropsy.
