got into boston saturday afternoon wearing my clemens yankees jersey and got a few remarks but not so bad. rob and jenn met me at the airport. then we went back to their place stopping at the store to get food to watch the game. randy, jason and nathan were at a bar watching the game down the street from where the sheila show would be that night.
watched the game w/ rob and jenn and it was such a crazy game! i hope you all saw it. pedro and manny are dick-fucks. wastes of life. glad to see the yankees win.
after the game i switched from my clemens jersey to my sheila divine baby doll t, put on some makeup and hairsprayed the hair and took off. the boyz had gotta our usual spot and we were ready to go. i was very excited to see them all and everyone got a big hug. i started us all off w/ a shot of tequila and i proceeded to drink mixed drink after mixed drink the rest of the long night ahead. i was busy trying to catch up w/ everyone while the opening act performed, don't know who they were but kinda reminded me of econoline crush, a canadian band i'm quite fond of.
finally the sheilas came out and put on an amazing show. i was really into it and i think i cried during the first song and the final song. it was quite pathetic but it was sad and not only will i miss my favorite band but the good times i had with my friends in boston. it was like the end of an era.
the sheilas played for awhile but it went by so fast and they didn't play everything. the show was videotaped and recorded. jason bought the cd but we didn't wait around after the show to pick it up but hopefully soon i'll have it. we also have some pictures from our night.
after the show we went to big city and screwed around outside for a bit, i don't know what we were doing. i was flirting some w/ the bouncer, he let me wear his cowboy hat and took our picture. jason was playing buckets w/ the street performer.
for some reason last call there was 1am so they wouldn't let us in except when i asked if we could just use the bathroom. so instead we headed to wonderbar and stayed there i think until closing. that's when the conversation turned to sex and if nathan would have a threesome w/ me and jason and he said sure but no one was proactive about it and randy was getting pissed, he doesn't want anyone to have me (especially his friends) i think so by the time we got into the cab to go back to nathan's randy was being awful and threatening to kick some ass and even was a dick to the cabbie. luckily he calmed down and fell asleep on the couch at nathan's, nathan got the bed and jason and i shared the floor. i had all the blankets though i told jason i would share and i think we shared a couple but i had like 5 and the next morning jason said he was kinda cold and didn't know i had all the blankets. we didn't get up until about noon and i never called rob and jenn to tell them i was sleeping at nathan's so they thought i was dead and finally called nathan's and yelled at me. me, jason, randy and nathan went to lunch, it was pouring out really bad and getting us wet. then we said goodbye to jason and he left for the airport. we walked over to the movie theater where i said goodbye to nathan and randy and they went to see kill bill and i went back to rob and jenn's. everyone else had a shower but me cause all my stuff was at rob and jenn's and i smelled really bad plus i smoked some the night before and that made it even worse. got home soaking wet and hung out, finally took a shower. the game was rained out so we played mario party i think. later that night randy and nathan came over w/ subha so i could see her before she moved away from boston.
on monday i got up kinda late since i was doing the 10K race and was supposed to meet my friends at 11 but i was running really late and didn't get there until about 11:40 and rushed to get my number, chip and go the bathroom. i ended up getting stuck way in the back of the pack and therefore had to run really slow cause everyone was in my way. i don't know how she saw me but mariana found me on her way back to the commons in the race. she started way ahead of me so therefore we passed each other when she turned around. i went looking for her after the race but never found her. i walked around boston trying to meet up with team envision and then robreed but i kept going the wrong way and it took me forever to finally get to robreed and jenn was there too, she left work early yesterday. then we went back to their place, i showered, we went shopping at cambridgeside, i bought a new pair of docs and we ate at cheesecake factory. then we went home to watch the yankees lose.
got up today and showered, ate and packed all my stuff back up. robreed and i finally synced our music so now i have over 60gigs and had to get a 120gig hard drive.
luckily the pilots are giving us game updates while we're on the plane. so far not much.
back to school tomorrow and then my mom comes on friday and then i have an exam the next thursday so i really need to study but i didn't get anything done this weekend. unfortunately we'll be getting our bacT exams this week i'm sure.

I love giraffes! I wish I had a pet giraffe and I would name it Mr. Giraffe. One time I had a pet elephant and his name was Loyal. I sent him a letter in The Jungle when I was in undergrad but I don't think it made it there. Loyal was cool! There's nothing better than playing with doggie and kittie poop in Parasitology, except maybe looking at all the dead stuff in necropsy. |
