Three chances in 10 for an upset Using the latest Sagarin Ratings, my NCAA Calculator makes Maryland a 7-3 favorite to win the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship game this evening.  (The default numbers in the program make it 63% to 37%, but Maryland's numbers have improved since the round of 16). 9:20:05 AM
