Oh, how I long for the days when a business had to make something or
provide a service. However, this is just a preliminary decision, so the
Rambus case could still come up for further review.
The variation in headlines is somewhat interesting: "Appeals Court
dismisses", "Judge dismisses", and Extreme Tech even had "FTC
dismisses" which is completely wrong.
