Google Web APIs (beta) were released last thursday.
I begun playing with it on friday but was stuck because the Java API they released does not let you specify a proxy.
For the lazy people such as myself who just want to play with the APi without messing with SOAP, I created a small patch that you can from Patch For Google APIs to handle proxy settings
In the meantime, I went along and added a nice GoogleBox to my weblog, following the simple instructions at Using the Google API with Radio and Frontier.
