IsaViz: A Visual Authoring Tool for RDF is a very good way to get started authoring RDF statements. It is a visual authoring tool for browsing and authoring RDF models represented as graphs.

RDF/XML syntax can be tricky to write from scratch and IsaViz lets you create your statements in a nice GUI application. IsaViz can also be used to generate a graphical representation of existing RDF statements. It uses the GraphViz library for this.

Previously, there were a few RDF visualization services available such as FRODO RDFSViz Tool, or W3C's RDF Validation Service but these did not allow the creation of RDF graphs in a graphical environment.

RDFAuthor,  by Damian Steer, allows you to author RDF statements in a GUI environment, and additionnaly to query it, but it is available on Mac OSX only.

More information about RDF tools can be found at Dave Beckett's Resource Description Framework (RDF) Resource Guide
