In Work narration and wanker management Jon Udell explains why work narration is useful and will become more and more necessary. This is what attracted me to weblogs initially: before using Radio I already used simple web pages edited in Netscape Composer to narrate my work and allow my coworkers to understand what I had done, and why.
Radio and Outliners just allow you to do this in a more organised way.
