BT: You are calling from the BT payphone that marks the centre of Great Britain Actually the exact centre of Britain depends how you measure it. Ordnance Survey, having factored in the UK's 401 islands and using a centre of mass technique, says it's near Dunsop Bridge. BT installed their 100,000th payphone in Dunsop Bridge in 1992.
