- 5.5 pounds amber malt extract
- 1 pound crystal malt grain
- 1.5 ounces Cascade hops (boiling)
- 2 ounces Cascade hops (finishing)
- 1 ounce Cascade hops (dry hop)
- 1 teaspoon gypsum
- 1 teaspoon Irish moss
- 1 package American ale yeast
- 3/4 cup corn suger (priming)
