I take it back - clisp not only runs on Windows - the authors provide precompiled win32 binaries.

Are there no free (libre) Lisp implementations available for Windows, or did I just not look hard enough? I'm not counting GNU clisp and gcl, even though they can probably be compiled using cygwin. I'm also aware of Allegro CL from Franz Inc. and the company that used to be Harlequin, both of which distribute no-charge, limited versions of their Lisp implementations - but I want source and I don't want reduced functionality. Guess I'll try compiling GNU clisp with cygwin, since it appears to be the more up-to-date of the two GNU projects....
