Gentoo Linux
In the middle of installing Gentoo on a spare p200 system I had around the house. It will eventually turn into a gateway box for the home network. Pretty neat so far, though I've been compiling since this afternoon and am only at the start of the stage 2->stage 3 bootstrap transition.
