Until I can gather my thoughts (Philip Dick stuff has a way of doing that to me), here is one review that captures many of my thoughts. As Ebert says "its a masterpiece."

My wife won't let me on the computer tonight: so in a sentence or two: The first and best true SF movie since BladeRunner. Believe the hype - this movie is stunning and brilliant. I am stunned and left reeling. Don't walk - run to see it.
