Mobile tones ring in the changes. In South Korea this is a huge success - they are really ring out tones. 14 million subscribers and you can access the web and change anything at will - and people do!  You could soon be able to decide what ringing tone the person you are calling hears on their mobile phone. Sony is launching its PlayStation 2 in China next month, despite concerns about widespread piracy. They need to be worried. Playstation 2 and Xbox cracks are all over Europe. The BBC has announced plans to sell off its technology arm, saying the move could save it up to £30m a year. Which begs the question, what about Greg Dyke's One BBC?
