Ohio Governor Signs Anti-Spam Law [internetnews.com: Top News]

The law will start to hone in on spammers.  However, spammers will just move their operations overseas, where U.S. law does not apply.

While on the topic of spam... I noticed yesterday that the Internet Mail Consortium has some good information on spam.
