Friday?
I was empty on posting from Tuesday until Friday? Wow. It's been a hectic week, most of it spent working and working and working. I've had things that I've wanted to post, such as more about issue trackers (as usual) or a look back at old operating system projects such as Pink/Taligent, and comparing where they were trying to go with what we have today.

Well, the week wasn't all work. On Wednesday, I finally went skiing. The lack of snow here is troubling.

Battery Woes
I think the battery on my beloved iBook is toast. I got home late last night, and didn't use it at all, so it had full juice (as of 10-something last night). This morning, I stumble out of bed late, and grab the iBook to do some quick online reading while waiting for my tea to steep. The battery menu says it's only got one hour, eleven minutes left, with a 92% charge. But - it doesn't even take it fifteen minutes to drop to almost zero!. It just jumps down there. It always has, when it claims to have about 45 minutes to an hour left. It just gets there so quickly any more.

$129 to replace. *sigh*.
