I really like the news aggregation feature. This is vastly more convenient than regularly surfing my favorite information sites, and it makes it easier for me to keep up with sites that aren't my top two or three daily destinations. The directory at http://www.newsisfree.com/ is terrific for finding more sources.
Isn't this feature threatening to advertisers, though?
Perhaps content providers should consider charging subscribers directly for access to RSS feeds, and tightening up the licensing terms to prevent re-distribution of syndicated content. So you get the ads if you go to the site, but you pay to get the feed.
