Innovation? Yeah Right! Yesterday's Supreme Court copyright decision http://news.com.com/2100-1023-980792.html wasn't the only major "legal decision" handed down this week.  A US District Court Judge ruled that ABC can press ahead with their Survivor take-off program, which will include celebrities, apparently. (http://asia.cnn.com/2003/SHOWBIZ/TV/01/14/survivor.lawsuit.ap/  My favorite quote from the decision was, "The judge said ruling against ABC would 'stifle innovation and stifle the creative process.'" Innovation? Yeah, right.
