Text Sizing Woes | WaSP Owen Briggs has posted 264 screenshots demonstrating text sizing problems and failures across IE, Opera, Mozilla, and Netscape.... [ via WaSP]
WaSP v2.0 | bzzzzzz.. its alive.
Browsing Around for New Targets | "Jeffrey Zeldman and the Web Standards Project are back with a wake-up call for Web developers everywhere: The problem today isn't Microsoft or Netscape –- it's you." The WaSP relaunch is scheduled for Tuesday 11 June 2002 [via wired.com and zeldman]
I had a feeling this may have been coming soon... I 'm seeing some developers ignorant of basics like the difference between the IE and W3C box models - the "Quirks Mode" issue with the latest browsers and a fair lack of depth of thought put to issues now confronting presentation layer design and implementation. It is interesting to see Tim Bray part of the new WaSP initiatives... I can't wait to sign up again... three cheers!
