Want to support Google?
Their AdWords Select program is set up so that advertisers bid on ad spots, and pay when the ad is clicked on. For example, if you search for "corel draw" you'll see an ad. If you click on that ad, Google will get some cash from the company that placed it.
This seems like an easy way to get advertisers you don't like to give Google their money.

Oh and we did get to see the movie eventually - it was Spiderman. And I really enjoyed it.

I had a horrible experience on the weekend with movietickets.com. Something about my request was causing the terminals at the theater to crash - trying to pick up my tickets, I ended up (with the help of theater staff who didn't catch on that "I'm going to try another terminal" wasn't going to fix the problem) crashing over half of their terminals.. Ended up I was too late for the movie I had tickets for, the next showing with seats available was an hour and a half away, and we all had popcorn and drinks already.
I sent their customer service an email. Let's see how they respond.
