CopyProject is a little utility I wrote so I wouldn't have to keep hand editing VS.NET project files (*.vcproj). Basically I have a project that has a zillion per-project settings, and when I want to add a new project, I need to keep all these settings. I still think there must be a better way to manage this, but for now, I find it useful.
