I'm almost done with WebAccount, at least done enough to post the source, but now that I've done it, I'm wondering if I could have done it better. It works out to about 10 ASP.NET pages that handle things like the login form, the change password form, etc - but this means you have to copy these files into your project to use them.
Perhaps making the various forms (like the change email address form, the change password form, etc) into controls that you could drop onto your own pages would have been the way to go. There are separate database access and user classes, so changing it to work that way wouldn't be too hard, but I'll release it the way it is first.
