Nope that wasn't it; currently I'm thinking I need to roll my own FormsAuthenticationTicket instead of relying on RedirectFromLoginPage.  It's a tough problem to track down since it only happens occasionally - and typically when it does happen, and then I go to debug it, it stops happening. 7:41:09 AM    comment []
