Martin's Radio Weblog
Martin is interested a bunch of things. Not all that can be covered here! His philosophy might be distilled down to distilling the essence of things. Dr. Martin L.W. Hall is the founder and director of Systems, Value and Organizations. His background is varied. He is interested in creating a more effective world and creating meaningful institutions for the people that live in it. He believes that better understanding of values and culture, along with understanding of how the systems in the world affect us are central tools to this mission.

He is a technologist, researcher, writer, educator, husband, father, friend, mentor and mentee. His professional focus is on research and application into the areas of leadership, systems thinking, human values and organizations with particular interest in the areas of sustainability in organizations, knowledge management, organizational transformation and intervention, innovation, intellectual capital, ethics and leadership. Besides developing tools and ideas, he consults to organizations and individuals in helping to understand and create more meaning for themselves.
