Human to human work, particularly within organizations, requires far more than a rational anallysis of the task itself. Successful participation and the ability to influence growth and change processes requires a sense of the interpersonal and intergroup dynamics that fluctuate within the institution.

Ultimately, any change will be made by balancing the dynamics caused by individual and group consideration of the have-to's, the how-to's,and the want to's.

Also as Nancy White(http://wwww/fullcirc.com/community/networkscatalystscommunity.htm), weblogging and klogging might be a link to success. The isolated change agent (mainly unsuccessful and feeling that way) may find information and support via the web.(11-24-2002)
