Weekly Flash Community Chat I am going to hold a chat this week and make myself available to address any questions from the Flash community. If people are interested then perhaps I will make this a weekly occurrence, and occasionally have members of the Flash team attend. This week's chat will be on Thursday ,October 10 at 1 PM EST, and will be held using the FCF Chat that Greg Burch on I have been working on. New Flash Player? No not really. A couple of people have noticed that there appears to be a new version of the Flash Player (6.0.50.0).  However, this version only includes the debug, standalone and External (test movie) players. There is a technote listing the currently player versions which you can read here. From the technote: Builds 6,0,47,0 and 6,0,50,0 are functionally identical.
