EMPTY POCKETS / POCKET CHANGE Two years ago my husband and I bought our first big boat, a used 28' cabin cruiser (it was named Seagram's). After we decided to buy we realized all the additional costs we'd have, taxes, survey, slip fees, documentation fees, etc...and decided to call it Empty Pockets. Just this past year we purchased a l5' bowrider (our dinghy) and named it Pocket Change.
