When the idea is in Time - It's Mainstream Obesity - The Mainstream is Looking at Carbs Time Canada's main article this week is on Obesity. It debates the three avenues, Fat. Calories and Carbs. It comes down to recognize that fat and calories are too simplistic a view. Years of trying to watch both have failed. The Carb/Insulin issue seems the most likely - see the post on Soft Drinks in LA.
