The end is near...

...ok, don't worry, I only used an eye-catcher as the title :)

But while we are talking about endings: I finished reading "Lord of the Rings" on sunday and I really like it. I guess that the third part of the movie will again be behind the book. Since last week you can buy the second part (The Two Towers) as a DVD here and you get the recommendation from everyone to not buy it! This is because, "they" only want to make money with this version. In November the extended version is supposed to be released which is according to some rumours 42 minutes longer! Unbelievable. And I guess in one year they will make a special edition for christmas that contains all three DVDs in one box with an extended "extended version". Even longer than everything before which makes everything "more understandable" etc. If so, I would buy it...

And another thing "ends": Finally I have vacation starting on saturday. Yuppi. I will leave straight away to the north of Italy. No, I'm not visiting some other Cocoon committers there (unfortunately!), I'm just "relaxing" and walking through the mountains. And I don't take any laptop, mobile, organizer etc. with me, so you won't here anything from me for two weeks from saturday on.

I hope I can start reading "Cryptonomicon" during my vacation and I also hope to get some time for Dywel again. In the last weeks I had a lot to do without really having time to continue with Dywel. We well see, perhaps I have some time during my vacation and can tell you all more about Dywel on the Cocoon GetTogether. So don't miss it :)
