Vienna Dog Park Grand Opening VA "The Vienna dog park will open at 9 a.m. July 13 at Moorefield Park, Courthouse Road SW. Participating dogs must be licensed by the town of Vienna or Fairfax County; both licenses will be sold during the grand opening from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Proof of rabies vaccination is required to obtain a license. The enclosed area will include benches, dog-waste bags, waste receptacles and a water source. The dog park's regular hours will be 7 a.m. to sundown daily." [Washington Post]
