DC area sniper/murderer eludes police, FBI, ATF, army, sniffer dogs DC-MD-VA Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia police, army forces, FBI, ATF, and sniffer dogs have not been able to capture the cold-blooder murderer who has been terrorizing the Washington D.C. area. Area residents are encouraged to send their credible tips in to catch the killer. Two composite graphics of two different vans were released to the public. If you see the vans, call police; the broken left tail light may have been repaired.
