Dog has 9 lives: survives 70mph leap from car. Lulu, a tiny Chihuahua mix, was rescued from a shelter with a 95% kill rate. On the trip back from an adoption event, she jumped out of a car going 70mph on a freeway in rush hour traffic. The freeway came to a standstill as people got out of their cars to locate her. She survived with a few bruises and scratches...
