Dog News was recommended by CyberPunk's LD-50, a strange and very disturbing site, which runs in two languages: Here's what they said: Dogblog, pontosabban Dog News, blog a kutyákkal kapcsolatos hírekrôl, hihetetlen mértékben bulvár, de az vesse ránk az elsô követ, aki.... A woman, aka Lara Croft, graces the banner page and brandishes a scifi weapon. LD-50 features a wide range of interests from PC games to music. To translate the web site, go to Intertran (free translation between 676 language pairs on your desktop). Now if they could only translate dog.

Triumph, the insulting dog Conan O'Brien has some hilarious short videoclips (hosted at ifilm.com) of Triumph, his canine sidekick, insulting The Westminister Dog Show, Hollywood, and Bon Jovi. Clips run from three to ten minutes. 'Triumph on Hollywood Squares' is a laugh riot. [via Newsisfree.com from Madville.com]

Boing Boing, a directory of wonderful things, has recommended Dog News to readers. 'I have never seen this many dog-related snippets in one place. I'm not a dog person, but who can resist a headline like "Man quits day job to pick up dog poop all day long" and "Prozac hailed as potential cure for aggressive dogs?" ' [by Cory Doctorow] who, oddly enough, has an email address which points to craphound .com.' Hey Cory, we know what you can do with all that cr*p, when you get a dog. Dog News highly recommends Boing Boing too. They also point to sites which help people: Clicks for Mammograms is one. It's the gems on the web which can make a difference. If dog news articles help people save their dogs, it's worth it. (It's well known that dogs save people's lives too).
