Radio Answer: how to add a free 'tag board' to your weblog. 'Tag boards are a new means of communication on the Internet. They are not a replacement for high-end message boards or forums, but rather they have far different uses. The real power of a tag board is its simplicity, which encourages visitors to enter a brief message and "Tag" for instant gratification, hassle-free. There is no special registration to fill out and no hoops to jump through.'  [tag-board]

I was intrigued by Jennett Radio's online tag board, a cool service so you can say hiya to Joe. ... I didn't have my own server on the web, but I found a free tag board service that does the same thing: Tag-board is free, simple to set up: just fill in your password, email addy and a name for the tagboard. That's it. You simply drop in prewritten html code to your web page (making sure your page can take a fixed width message board). In seconds, you have a place where people can drop you a note. You too can be a Jennett Radio genius. If you want a more configurable setup (I do), it's only $20 a year; go read your email message from Tag-board and use the $10 coupon code to reduce your $10 fee per year. Amazing... (I also saw the service on naked blog, a shortlisted weblog on The Guardian's Best weblogs for 2002 list. Submitted by Dog News: weird, inspiring dog tales
