'cgi forms'

Question: Anyone know of a good add-in form so readers can easily submit stories?

I really want to encourage readers to submit interesting news stories (with link to their site or byline) ... I've seen really good submission forms at: SimplyPets.com and Megarad.com, a cool tech news site (with the best designs ever; Megarad even has a drop-in picture you can add to your story submission: you choose the most appropriate of 8 or so pics to add with your story and voila! there it is). Does anyone know of a reliable site which offers secure handling of form submissions (like cgiforms.com, but they used to go down all the time; don't know if they're more stable now). (I don't want people's emails to get out if they don't want them to [some of the free cgi form sites scrape the email off forms and then you get spammed... ugh).

Question: I can't make MyPictures work (my emails go unanswered by support; the ubiquitous Lawrence must be very busy or he simply forgot; sigh that's why no pictures are up in the posts) ... maybe Dave will get inspired (by those of us who are too stupid) and make a drop-in pick off picture tool like Megarad's.... that would be too cool...
