KMPings code is located at http://home.netcom.com/~luskr/weblog/radio/code/pingKMPingsForPost.txt Treat it gently, it's young and naïve. It is intended to ping only for posts in the "K-Log" category, and is set to use the test URL for now. I call it with the following code in my item template:

Terry's got a great idea here...but I can't find an ISBN on my 1856 (not 1846, as I wrote elsewhere) copy of The Modern Whitfield: The Rev. C. H. Spurgeon, of London. His Sermons.. I'll just have to toss all these old books, to treat them with the disdain I have for my LP record albums. Sigh. How About a Personal Library App. Maybe it's just me, but I never saw any way Amazon was going to be profitable until they took over the e-Commerce and web operations for Borders. Marcella's Music
If this is advertising, then I'm advertising my delight in finding a gem of a music store within walking distance from my home. I've apparently walked past Marcella's Music about twice a month for four years and never noticed it was there. (It's a door between two storefronts, leading to an upstairs office—there is a small sign above the door, but I never noticed it.) Marcella's is filled with more music than I've seen in much larger music stores, music for every instrument, from concertina to cello.
