I just discovered that many individuals show up more than once in the ELS customer database with different customer IDs. That means that if you want to get a count of distinct license holders, you shouldn't use Customer ID as the unique field. Use something like unique name,street and date of birth. This is due mostly to out of state residents that get a different customer ID each time they buy a license.
