Media group to create new digital video 'ecosystem' The Digital Entertainment Content Ecosystem is a new upcoming standard for video content. The DECE calls for a new standard that would provide customers a virtual library. The Digital Entertainment Content Ecosystem would allow the library to contain digital video purchases.
