Internet censorship pushed back, slightly.

The NYT reported yesterday on a limited supreme court decision limiting the ability of the government to censor on the internet. As the press-herald does a fairly good job pointing out, the court did not make a definitive statement on internet censorship; and it was only a very weak coalition of justices that agreed on different areas of this decision, so another case may have to be specifically tailored to gain a definitive judgment. The ACLU's website has a special site with much more detailed information.
