Biddeford still fighting to be heard

The city of Biddeford is continuing its censorship of Public Access Cable, one of the most powerful sources of free speech available to ordinary citizens, despite a recent ruling against the city's restraint on specific shows on the channel. The city council's most recent strategy is to place an indefinite moratorium on all public access broadcasting.
