Problematic Bioterrorism Bill

Governor King signed Maine's new anti-bioterrorism legislation into law; the Phoenix discusses the many criticisms from many sources:

"Actually, they say it's financially motivated, redundant of existing state and federal powers, an affront to civil liberties and privacy concerns, irresponsible in its delegation of law-making power, and a chaotic rush-job to boot. But not all of these complaints come from the same bullhorn, as you've probably guessed."
