Ray Ozzie's Weblog: One other incredibly fascinating tidbit: 25% apparently use shared spaces with only themselves as a member, using Groove as a "briefcase" to transparently and securely synchronize files across multiple computers that they own - e.g. Office documents being synchronized between home and office PCs. [Sam Gentile's Radio Weblog]
This is exactly the reason I have been playing around with Groove. I need to synchronize files between the three computers I use on a daily basis. The killer feature I think that is missing is the ability to transparantly synchronize an arbitrary directory hierarchy. I want to be able to Groove (with myself at least) without needing to think about it.
It is a wicked cool application and only looks to be getting better at an extremely rapid pace.
Update: I am ashamed that I actually said "wicked cool".
