Slow News Day, So here's some Java action... Borland Software Corp has released two new Java-based developer tools. Both products - the Borland Web Services Kit for Java and the JBuilder MobileSet 3 - integrate with the JBuilder 7 application development environment and are designed for web services and mobile market application developers.
