Borland has announced its intention to acquire Starbase Corp, a software configuration management technology provider. Borland has stated that Starbase's solutions compliment its own and will be incorporated into its existing product suite. Also, the acquisition is intended to advance Borland's strategy of integrating all phases of software development into one solution.
