"Therefore the Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) and the Korea Agency for Digital Opportunity and Promotion (KADO) establish the Center for Internet Addiction Prevention and Counselling (CIPC) in order to correct the Internet misuse and to help Internet addicts.
