Dominos Update:
1. The Dominos USA people have sent me another email: Thank you for contacting Domino's Pizza International I am forwarding your message to the designated Consultant for your area. They should contact you within 10 days.
2. The Dominos UK people have sent a strange letter titled "Without Predudice" . The letter goes to explain that they made full follow-ups on all my enquiries and corrective action has been taken. They included a voucher for a small pizza. However, they firmly believe that they are unable to offer special deals via the web because it is too "complicated". Maybe pizza companies should outsource their technology requirements. I bet they make lots of money on web orders vs telephone orders. Their processing costs are lower, and they don't offer any discounts!
It's all too annoying. I just not going to order any more pizzas from them.
