No end in sight to bitter strike (Canada)   Thunder Bay Chronicle story - "About 30 striking mental-health workers demonstrated their resolve Monday by overwhelmingly rejecting their employer’s final contract offer. In a vote supervised by the Ministry of Labour, the North of Superior Programs counsellors and support staff voted 26-1 against the proposed collective agreement. The result means the bitter strike, now in its seventh month, is to continue with no end in sight, leaving hundreds of rural clients in towns like Marathon and Greenstone without mental-health services. ..."
