Mental health projects lauded (Canada) Star Phoenix story - " Two major health-care construction projects in Saskatoon approved in this week's provincial budget will result in a significant improvement in care for each facility's patients, according to advocates. 'There's such a huge stigma about mental health. The general public is just as much responsible for having good mental health facilities as they are for having good physical health facilities,' said Jake Ens, a spokesperson for a group of parents who've been pushing for a new psychiatric hospital unit in Saskatoon."
